Sergeant Bluff Parks and Rec

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Registration is for the grade the participant will be going into for the 2024-2025 school year.

Notes:

ALL CHILDREN WHO RIDE THE BUS TO THE FIELD TRIP DESTINATION ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN ON THE BUS BACK TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER DUE TO LIABILITY

All parents & participants agree to all camp rules that will be sent out to participants

Due to limited camp space there will be no refunds once registration ends for any circumstance.
